Anna M Gonzales was born August 28, 1970. She was the oldest of six children She was the oldest of six children (Martha, Nick, Adrian, Terry and Elizabeth) born to her parents Nicholas R Gonzales and Rose M Gonzales in Dimmit, Texas. Her childhood was filled with memories of singing and dancing 80's music with her siblings and keeping boys away from her younger sisters. On July 24th, 1992, Anna was blessed with her first child Aaron followed by her beautiful daughter Brittany and her youngest son Ryan. She was strong and loving mother who worked hard to provide for her children as they grew older. Anna always talked about having grandkids and six years ago that wish came true. Anna was blessed with six grandchildren (Timothy, Liam, Violet, Lilly, Avery and Ruby). Those grandkids were her passion and she showed them off any chance she could, with pictures and stories of the time she spent with them. Anna was a beautiful aunt to twelve nieces and nephews and was always there for recitals, school shows and graduations. She was famous at all the family gathering for her chicken salads, pistachio pudding and banana pudding. She loved the holiday's with family and somehow figured out how to provide the best presents without even asking. Anna worked for the Maricopa County for 19 years and volunteered around the valley to help those less fortunate. Her coworkers knew Anna as the "Prankster" always helping everyone smile and laugh. In those years all those coworker's turned into family and they never left Anna's side even when she could no longer be at work. On September 6, 2019 Anna took her last breath after complications from cancer. She passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones. In her final days she got to see old friends, family and had a smile on her face. She said, "It was fun, it was a good life" a few days before passing. Everyone was able to spend time laughing and crying, talking about old memories and times spent with Anna while sharing coffee and snacks. One of her favorite things to do. While the loss of Anna is painful and we mourn her loss, remember that she is no longer in pain and rejoicing with her father in heaven.
