Adam James Capuchino 31 years old was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He sadly departed our lives on May 16, 2023 due to unforeseen circumstances. He served in the United States Army in Fort Carson, Colorado and was Honorably discharged in 2017. Adam enjoyed sports and was a big fan of the Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Suns. He loved to watch the games and have gatherings with family as much as possible. His sense of humor will be missed as well. He loved to quote and act out movie scenes with his brothers and was a big prankster when he came to his Army brothers. He also had a passion for composing music lyrics and would share new types of music on long car rides with mom. His smile was infectious and had the most amazing bear hugs. Adam was the youngest of 5 siblings and accomplished so much in his young life. He had a kind soul and was a loving human being who would put others needs before his own. His family knew him by Addy or Adlum and friends knew him by Cap. He was a best friend, confidant and thrill seeker. His faith meant so much to him. He is survived by his parents Virginia Marquez Aguilar and James Ray Capuchino, brothers Marc A Capuchino Marquez, Paul V Razo II, sisters Antoinette Chavez and Ariana Hernandez. Adam was a uncle to many nieces and nephews as well as cousin, grandson and nephew to others. He is proceeded in death by his oldest sister Vanessa Monique Chavez. Adam will be deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten. May you have found the peace and freedom you so desired and deserved my wonderful son.

Services will be held at Best Funeral Services West Valley Chapel on June 1st 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM 9380 West Peoria Avenue Peoria AZ 85345 He will be laid to rest at The National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona following his services.
