Alexander Neil Renz, 26, was born October 24, 1995, in Huntington, Indiana, to Tom and Kelley (Ross) Renz. He passed away on July 16, 2022. He lived most of his life in Fort Wayne where he attended New Tech Academy and later earned his GED through The Crossing, Fort Wayne campus. He appeared as a stand-up comedian in several venues in Fort Wayne, and Austin, Texas. A big fan of the New York Yankees, rap music, and Scorsese movies, Alex’s sense of humor, vast sports knowledge, and his unique way with words will be sorely missed. Alex is survived by his parents, brother Benjamin Renz (Rachelle) of Ann Arbor, and sister Kirsten Renz of Chicago. The family will hold a private service.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I was recently reminiscing on some fun middle school memories with a friend, and I remember Alex fondly for the couple years I knew him back then. He introduced me to some great music and was always so fun to joke around with. I looked him up after and was very saddened to find out about his passing. Sending thoughts from a friend.
