Beatrice Celaya January 9, 1943 - October 18, 2023 Beatrice Celaya, a beloved resident of Glendale and Avondale AZ, Passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 80. Beatrice was born in Phoenix and was raised in Avondale Arizona and attended Agua Aria High School. On May 11, 1963, Beatrice embarked on a lifelong journey with her loving husband Andrew Celaya, at Saint John Vianney Church. Their union was blessed with two children, Timothy and Greg Celaya. Beatrice's life was enriched by her seven cherished grandchildren, Jacob, Jovanna, Matthew, Victoria, Martika, Zackory, and Zaria. Also, nine great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emily, Elly, Jordyn, Timothy Jacob (T.J) Maddison, Emery, Alicia, and Jeremiah. Beatrice had a passion for spending time with her family. Often venturing to the casino where she and her loved ones shared moments of joy and laughter in the early hours in the night. She was a talented seamstress, and crocheter, known for creating beautiful blankets and clothes for her children. Beatrice had a warm and welcoming personality, making it easier for her to build a wide circle of friends and even larger family who cherished her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her. Beatrice Celaya will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
