Cody had an unbreakable spirit. He was an amazing young man who was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI), also known as brittle bone disease. Cody was a tough warrior. Throughout his life he dealt with more pain than imaginable, but through it all he always took it in stride and beat the odds, surviving to almost his 27th birthday. Even with his condition he excelled and worked on his independence. Cody graduated from Sandra Day O'Connor High School in 2010, took classes at Rio Salado College & was very proud of his accomplishment. He had learned to drive using a joy stick & was working on having a truck modified for his needs. He wanted to go back to college to get a business degree since he had some medical set backs previously. He had a mind of a genius. As a child when he began to talk he wouldn't use just single words he started by using sentences. He was a wizard with computers & phones, always helping people. He loved the gaming world which is where he met Jammie Gorzik. They were making plans for their future together when he was taken too soon. Cody always jumped in to help with the office sending out bids, requesting insurance certificates & answering emails. He was always reminding us to make sure all the customer needs were met with the family business. It was such a pleasure working with him & having those intelligent conversations. He had a sincere heart of gold & loved his family, friends & pets dearly.
