Phoenix - On Friday, April 9, 2021, Daniel Russell Brown, loving husband of over 52 years to Billie Jo "Bebe" Brown (Fyffe/Stamper) passed away in Phoenix, AZ at the age of 76. “Papa Dan” was born on October 14, 1944, in Huntertown, Indiana. He spent his early childhood there until he moved with his family to Phoenix, AZ in 1955. Dan graduated from Camelback High School, attended Phoenix College, served in the National Guard and Army Reserves for 20 years, and had a long career as a pipefitter. Dan is survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren. Dan is also survived by his older brother David and many beloved nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell & Ruth, and his two sisters, Maleta and Darlene. Dan will be most remembered for his devotion to his wife Bebe and love of family, as well as his quick wit, humor, and kindness. He made friends easily and had many lasting friendships over the years. Dan had reached 50 years in the pipefitters union and was known for his strong work ethic. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation for all the sympathy, comforting words, prayers, and expressions of kindness and concern.
