Date of Birth: March 08, 1930
Date of Death: December 30, 2018
Ed was born in Youngstown Ohio, moved to Arizona and was employed by GE and Honeywell for many years. Ed is survived by his wife Debbie, the love of his life for 44 years. Children: Ric (Christie), Randy (Eileen) and Maricarmen. Grandchildren: Stephanie (John), Krista (Brad), Jason (Darah) and Alexander. Great grandchildren: Jenisa, Jacob, Zachary, MacKenzie, Brayden, Ryland, Gwendolyn and Devin. Ed had a great sense of humor, always making people laugh. His love of tennis began in high school, winning many trophies for Chaney High. He continued playing for many years with various clubs including his favorite The Honeywell Tennis Club where he was known (disliked) for the spin he could put on the ball. Ed especially loved time spent with family, good friends and crazy fun neighbors. He enjoyed playing poker, drinking beer and his woodworking projects. After losing his eyesight he listened to books on tape. We stopped counting after 1,000 books.
Memorial service for Ed will be Friday, January 11, 2019 10:00 a.m. at Best Funeral Services, 9380 W Peoria Avenue, Peoria AZ 85345. Lunch to follow.
