Frank E Skinner, truck driver, cowboy and life adventurer, passed away Monday, May 24th, 2021, at his home in Phoenix, Arizona. Frank Evan Skinner was born on July 6, 1956 to Bill and Barbara Skinner, in Littleton, CO. The family spent time in Riverside Acres, CO before permanently residing in Phoenix AZ. Throughout his youth, Frank found happiness in the outdoors. He was a lover of nature and anything outdoors. He enjoyed working with his hands, tinkering and constantly modifying and upgrading his many toys. He was a top rated member of the R.O.T.C. program. On the weekends and summers, he could be found working with his father in drywalling. As a young man, Frank pursued a professional career in big-rig driving and construction. He continued living the rodeo life riding bulls, two-stepping, picking on the guitar and sipping on his favorite Whiskey and LoneStar beer. Frank enjoyed retirement and kept himself busy four wheeling, camping, hunting, exploring the Arizona countryside and his most recent hobby of teaching grandkids how to play poker. Frank was preceded in death by his parents and older brother Bill Skinner. Frank is survived by sisters Tari Skinner Cook (Carl) and Shelly Skinner Peplinski (Jim), His family legacy includes sons Bill Vasquez (Peggie), Colt Skinner (Valarie), daughters Amanda Barbala (Ron), and Kristina Jo Skinner, his grandchildren Riley, Curtis, Braydon and Tommy Vasquez, Ashton and Wesston Dana, Wyatt, Abby, and Amy Skinner, and Addy and Gavin Long including with many nieces, nephews and cousins. He leaves behind his beloved Deniece May and her children Tad May (Meghan), Jody May and Tya Long (Dave). Frank Evan Skinner will be remembered and likewise missed by many loved ones. He is now without pain and in peace protecting them from afar.
