Jeffrey Scott Rowe was born in Huntington Beach on February 18th 1983. He spent his childhood years in Chino before moving to Orange where he continued to play baseball, football and wrestling. While at El Modena High School, he was starting varsity and all county offensive lineman, played trombone in jazz band and a mega bass in show choir. After high school, he continued football at Cerritos College before receiving a full scholarship to New Mexico Highlands University. Jeff had a love for music and singing, he would sing any song anywhere to anyone. He was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, San Diego Chargers and Angels baseball. His sports knowledge and commitment spanned all sports and included many fantasy football leagues. Jeff was a giant teddy bear, he loved giving bear hugs and was always the protector. He loved his family and close circle of friends, they were his everything in life. He loved all the kids in the family: Madison, Hazel, Rome, Braxton, Shylie Ann, Marcus, Niels, Xander and the baby of them all, Elsie. He wanted to teach them all to play football and baseball, he already knew what position they would play. He was loved by friends and family. Jeff is survived by his mother Pam King, brother Joey Rowe, fiancee Angela Dahl and daughter Marissa Dahl, father Jeff Leyva, aunt Cindy Wingo (Jerry), uncle Doug Rowe (Beverly), uncle Ereck Schwartz and cousins Michael Schwartz (Hailey), Chris Rowe, Jon Rowe, E.J. Schwartz, Sophie Gallegos, Steven Rowe and Claudia Rowe. Jeff was preceded in death by his grandpa Claude Rowe, grandma Carol Rowe and uncle Steve Rowe. To honor Jeff's life, hug your loved ones, sing some karaoke, respect the National Anthem and play ball! He will be missed everyday by so many.
