Lawrence John LaLuna, Jr ("Larry") of Phoenix, AZ passed away suddenly on September 11, 2021. Beloved father to "Trey" (Lawrence John LaLuna III). Larry lived in Phoenix, Arizona to be close to his son. Larry was born and raised in Port Chester, NY. He graduated from Port Chester High School and went on to work for various companies before working for DYMO Corporation for many years before moving to Arizona. He was an avid softball player and enjoyed playing as often as possible for many years. His heart was always on the ballfield. He also enjoyed coaching and umpiring games. He enjoyed classic and sport cars and loved spending time with Trey talking about them. His love and pride in his son was endless and he loved watching Trey race go-karts. He would speak about Trey to anyone who would listen. Larry was the most generous soul. He would do anything for those he loved and even strangers. He was a "brother" to many. His infectious laughter made everyone smile and his sense of humor brought joy to so many. Larry's artistic talent was superb and he could spend hours drawing. Lawrence was predeceased by his father, Lawrence John LaLuna, Sr, his paternal and maternal grandparents, his uncles Louie LaLuna Sr. and Lenny LaLuna Sr. Larry is survived by his son Trey LaLuna, his friend and ex-wife, Leslie McManis, his mother Joan Cressler, his sisters Lindy Livingston, Joi LaLuna Aguirre, Kacy LaLuna, Kristen LaLuna Giordano, Jennie LaLuna, Bonnie Cressler and brother Charles Cressler, his Uncles Ray LaLuna (Sandy) and Lee LaLuna (Lucille), and his stepmother, Moe LaLuna as well as many adored cousins, nieces, nephews and many loved friends.
