Marc N. Garbell, 68, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away peacefully and quietly, in his sleep on the morning of September 28th, 2022, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Marc was born on February 11, 1954, in Orange, California, to Burton Garbell and Georgia Garbell. Marc graduated from Carson High School and attended Harbor Junior College. Marc moved to Arizona after he met the” love of his life”, Kathi. Marc and Kathi were married in 2007 and remained so for the rest of his life. Marc and Kathi did not have any children of their own but were the loving Uncle and Auntie of so many nieces and nephews and even great nieces and nephews. Little did Marc know that he just married into a very large family, which loved him beyond words. He was known to the nieces and nephews as “Uncle Markie”. To know Marc, was to love him. He was the kindest man and had a huge heart. His spirit was precious until the day he entered heaven. Marc was a Travel Agent for many years. He loved traveling and was able to see beautiful countries and scenery. One of his favorites was Hawaii, where he and his wife Kathi visited many times. Marc is survived by his loving wife, Kathi Garbell and his two sisters, Candice Teresa Paragone and Robin Lee Garbell.

A “Celebration of Life & Memorial Service” will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022, from 2-5 p.m., at the home of Sherri Pinneo, 14102 W Charter Oak Rd, Surprise, AZ 85379. Family and friends are invited to come and share fond memories and stories. All cards and flowers can be brought or sent to this address.
