Date of Birth: August 21, 1943
Date of Death: May 05, 2019
On May 5, 2019 Margaret Mary Miniear from Duluth, MN, daughter of Kenneth and Margaret Kellogg, who resided in Peoria, AZ, with her beloved husband Jerry, was called to heaven to be with our Lord and Savior. Margaret was a very special lady and the best wife, mother and grandma. Her infectious laugh would turn anyone's bad day around in an instant and her kind and giving nature meant she would always be there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She enjoyed singing in the church choir and that's where she and Jerry caught each other's eye in the fall of 1961 and were married a few short months later. They shared 57 wonderful years together and five amazing children. Margaret was a homemaker most of her years and it allowed her to be involved in activities the kids had going on and boy did that keep her busy and it didn't stop when the grandkids came along. She enjoyed sewing, needlepoint, cooking & baking. She made the best dinners--especially for special occasions such as birthdays and holidays. Being with the grandkids was the highlight of her days and they all loved their "Grandma time" no matter what they were doing: swimming, making cookies, playing games, going to the store, vacationing with them during the summer or simply snuggling on the couch. They've always said Grandma's hugs were the best!! We love you and miss you more than words can express. This isn't goodbye it's until we meet again!! Survived by husband Jerry, daughters Marge (Robert), Patty (Scott) & Peggy (Scott), grandchildren Rachel, Bobby, Jonathan, Jessica & Austin and siblings John and Bill. Preceded in death by parents, Kenneth & Margaret Kellogg; siblings, Bob & Karen; children, Jay & James and grandchildren, Phillip & Joseph. We thank you, Lord, for the precious time we had with her and pray for peace and strength during this heart breaking time.
