Mary A Albert (née Martz), wife of W L (Bill) Albert (8-17-24 - 12-9-09) departed her worldly abode to happily join her precious Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, as well as the family members who came to escort her home: her husband, parents, a brother, sister, young niece and loving nephew. Surviving Mary are her and Bill’s four daughters: Diane (Alber) Lake (Jim) of Tacoma, WA; Joan McKenzie of Tempe, AZ; Cindy Stewart of Lacey, WA and Deb (Parker) Mustain (Steve) of Afton, OK, sisters Brenda Swingle (Kermit) of Boulder City, NV and Nina Lawrence (Mark) of Dundalk, Baltimore, MD. Mary was the proud Grandmother of six (3 boys and 3 girls) and Great-Grandmother of four (2 girls and 2 boys) all of whom she was always overjoyed to see and ready with a scrumptious dinner, cookies, pies and her famous cheesecakes. Mary’s joys in life besides her family were cooking, baking, painting and crafts. She was ready to have a dinner party on an moment’s notice and repeatedly {frightened} Joanie with conversations planning her next dinner party as she lay in her bed just weeks before passing. (Note: Joanie, Diane, Cindy and Debbie were never quite up to the task—which was ‘easy as pie’ for Mary.) Mary served as Executive Secretary at Adams Jr. High School (formerly John Adams Jr. High) in Albuquerque for over 25 years. She was a diligent worker and a loving mother who strived to live her best Christian life and be a loving, giving and moral example to all who knew her. In this writer’s opinion: “A Life Well Lived, Mom” We Will Love You Forever!
