Richard Paul Cook passed away in Phoenix, Arizona on September 11, 2020 at the age of 74. Rich is survived by his wife Denise Cook, his two children and their spouses, Jonathan Cook, his wife Shera, Jeremy Cook, his wife Andrea, his stepson, Raymond Bishop, Sister Lois DiPlacido, and six grandchildren. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews who treasured him. His brothers Bill and Bob and his parents Grace and William Cook of Pennsylvania precede Rich in death. Rich was born on October 1, 1945 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to Grace and William Cook. Rich graduated from Etna High School and attended Fort Wayne Bible College where he later accepted a business manager position. In 1978, Rich made the move to Phoenix, AZ where he accepted a business manager position with a local church. Rich then moved into an industrial engineer position with ITT Cannon. A few years later, he would accept a position with Revlon where he worked until the plant moved out of state in 2001. After Revlon, Rich worked as a large print technician making books for visually impaired children at The Foundation for Blind Children in Phoenix, AZ. Rich was an accomplished photographer who made a small business out of taking photos of weddings and other events. Rich also worked for a local representative here in Phoenix taking campaign photos. He was a loving man who was dedicated to his church and often volunteered at local events.

Service Information

A memorial service in honor of Rich will be held by invite only due to the current pandemic. Mask and social distancing will be required.
