Robert “Bob” Lee DeMoss, 68, of Sun City, Arizona, died January 9, 2022. Bob was born March 9, 1953 in Oelwein, Iowa to Nellie and LaVerne DeMoss. He grew up all over the Midwest, including Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. He graduated from Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids, IA, in 1971. The following year, Bob moved with his family to Phoenix and lived the rest of his life in the area. He worked as a grocery store clerk and merchandise stocker for many years, starting with Bashas and ending at Circle K. Bob enjoyed watching football with a cold beer, and he was a huge fan of the Denver Broncos and the Green Bay Packers. He was a great storyteller and always had an upbeat attitude with a smile on his face. Bob is survived by his brother, James (Cindy) DeMoss; his nieces, Rebecca (Trey) Koeneke, Kari Keller and Tracy (Al) Townsend; great nephews Joseph Koeneke and Finnley Townsend; great nieces Emily Koeneke and Esmé Townsend; and his brother-in-law, John Keller. He is preceded in death by his mother, Nellie King, his sister, Nancy Keller and his stepfather, Don King.

A graveside service will be held Monday, January 31 at 10 a.m. at Arrowhead Memorial Gardens, 21000 N. 75th Ave., Glendale, AZ 85308.
