Our beautiful Sandra was just weeks away from her 39th birthday. Sandra was the loving mother of 2 beautiful children, Ethan 17 & Alycea 13. Her only sibling was her sister Rhonda. Sandra had a kind and loving heart, and would do anything for her family if she could. Sandra struggled with several terrible medical issues the last few years of her short life. Sandra had graduated from Brookline Medical School in 2011 and worked for a while as a medical assistant. More recently Sandra had worked as a server until the pandemic hit and everything closed down. It was around that time that Sandra's Lymphedema got so bad that she couldn't work in that field. Sandra struggled terribly with the pain, and tried to endure day to day. This quote said it perfectly.... "God knew that you were suffering, he knew you were in pain, He knew that you would never get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough, and hills were hard to climb. So He closed your weary eyelids, and whispered "Peace be thine"." I know Sandra is with God in heaven and peace is finally hers. She will be deeply missed by her family and children, and all who knew her bright smile. I love you Sandra, Mom.
