Date of Birth: August 26, 1968
Date of Death: January 31, 2021
Theresa Marie Pace Hammell of Phoenix passed away Sunday, January 31st after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. She was at home surrounded by family when the lord gave TT her wings. Theresa was born in Milford Ct, on August 26th, 1968. She was the first-born child out of five to Jerry and Kathleen Pace. Theresa (TT) had the heart of gold and a spirit like no other, always putting everyone else first. She loved her family and friends unconditionally especially her Children. Her personality drew people in – making her the life of the party. TT’s sense of humor always came in like a wrecking ball. Her love of cooking gave us all joy, she knew everyone’s favorite and never disappointed. She kept food separate for Stormy and burritos for Ravyn; no one ever went hungry. She is survived by her mother Kathleen Sperry, daughter Gabrielle Cangemi, son Jonpaul Cangemi, brothers Andrew (Shari) and Jerry (Denise) Pace, sisters Kathryn Pace and Carmella (Bill) Ayres, along with many nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed but will live on in our hearts. Rest in peace TT. Theresa’s celebration of life will be held at a later date.
